Nose: fruity, high intensity, predominantly green and ripe characteristics. Nuances of ripe fruit with notes of cinnamon and citrus. The perception of these two attributes makes for a very attractive sensory evaluation.
Taste: A low intensity bitter and medium spice, make this a complex and sweet oil.
Color: Golden green. Opaque hue, since it is an unfiltered oil.
