Conditions of purchase
All prices include VAT. Prices shown in currencies other than EUR are only indicative, since the recovery is always done in EUR and is the customer's bank applying the exchange rate from EUR to your local currency. The rate applied to our prices is the European Central Bank official and updated monthly.
Availability of products:
In principle, all products in our store are available, unless shown as "out" on the product details. Note that, by their nature crafts, many of our products have a limited production. In the case of existing stocks of a product at the time you place your order and we were unable to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to propose a product of similar features and price or reimburse the amount.
Under normal circumstances, orders received are shipped in 24 hours and, once they leave our warehouse, the transit time is 24h-48h to mainland destinations and 2-3 days for other destinations (business days). No orders serve to PO Boxes.
Exchanges and Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied / with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the request, clearly indicating what the problem. In the shortest time possible we will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and tell you the steps to follow.
If one or more products have arrived damaged due to shipping, we will send you a new product or refund the amount to the account of the credit card with which you paid (this shall not apply if the goods have deteriorated because the recipient was not available to receive the package).
